Since 1999 I have been a market researcher and I love my job. I like to tackle complicated research questions and finding pragmatic solutions.
I learned the trade while working at Research International. At Pepsi en KLM I saw how marketers use market research outcomes in their daily work. Since 2005 I have been working as an entrepreneur in market research, closely following all developments and innovations in my line of work.
I love to share my knowledge and experience, in the form of blogs and giving training. Together with my former colleague Erik de Kort I wrote the book "Wat is de vraag?" (What's the Question?), in which we describe the search for the real information needs of clients. The English version of this book will be available in February 2018.
